The Metricus Project Management Module includes templates for static as well as dynamic reports. Static reports provide tables and graphs that are used for monthly IT performance meetings. Dynamic reports are used on a daily basis and allow you to analyze information in various ways and from different angles. The image provides an example of static Metricus Report. This example shows the 10 worst performing KPIs in the organization. Program Managers can select metrics per project and use this functionality to create a report that shows the ten worst performing or best performing projects.
